Just finishing the design phase of this highly contemporary residence located along the Caloosa River.  The home is constructed of Insulated concrete walls, precast concrete planks on three floor levels and roof framing with a single ply roof membrane.  Interior of the home will be finished with painted smooth finish gypsum board walls and ceilings, marble floors on the lower levels and solid hardwood floors above.

The home contains approximately 10,000 Sq Ft under roof with decks over looking the river and plaza with an in ground lap pool.   Solar panels will be installed behind the roof parapet to provide power for the residents. 

Construction is expected to be early 2011.

The Forest- Fort Myers, Florida

Located in the Forest Country the owners wanted some additional storage and arts and craft area as well as change the overall street appeal of their home.

Taking the existing floor plan drawings and inputting the plan into BIM to create a starting point model to work with and then developing an addition on the left side and to the front that worked with the existing structure as well as provide a pleasing street appeal, the above is a rendered view of that model.  Below you will see a before photo of the residence street view.
