A new cartbarn and proshop one of three building designed for Old Corscrew Golf Club a Jack Nickalus Signature Golf Course Located in South Lee County.

In addition to the Cartbarn, Clubhouse and support facilities we are preparing preliminary designs for rental villas planned for the complex.

Located in Bradenton Florida, a new Auto Spa providing auto wash, detailing and oil change services.

Avantair Welcome Center

A design proposal for a new Customer Welcome Center at the Clearwater Florida Airport.  In addition to this phase two included a new hangar and Plane/De-Plane area.
