Intermed Medical Park

A new medical office park now in the pre-construction leasing stage is located off Plantation Road. near the Gulf Coast Medical Center South of Daniels Parkway in Ft Myers Florida.  The proposed medical has been planned for construction of two 2-story and two 1-story structures containing a total floor area of 56,256 sq ft on a 4.8 ac site.  The buildingsare to be built of tilt-up concrete walls and concrete floor and roof system.

Summerlins Suites - Medical Offices

A new medical office building is now leasing.  Designed for up to four private medical offices with safety in mind the structure was designed for 150 MPH wind loads  and all glazed openings has impact glass.  The building was planned with a future emergency generator in mind and can be added in the future to add even more safety.

Dr. Ivan Civik Office Internal Medicine

A new private medical office located on Plantation Road West of Gulf Coast Medical Center in Ft Myers Florida. The office was designed to support two separate private practice offices while sharing common spaces such as the Waiting Room, Patient use Toilets and Billing Office, to help reduce the costs of maintaining a small medical practice.
